Im Rahmen ihrer Zweckbestimmung betreibt die Stiftung ein Verbundsystem von Wohnheimen mit integrierter Beschäftigung im Kanton Zürich. Sie kann bei Bedarf, in Zusammenarbeit mit den zuständigen Behörden, weitere Wohnheime und/oder Werkstätten errichten.
